We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for most private parties, and 2-3 months ahead for larger celebrations or events during peak seasons (summer months, December holidays). However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when available, so don't hesitate to contact us even if your party is coming up soon.

Can I request specific songs for my playlist?

Absolutely! We encourage you to provide both "must-play" and "do-not-play" lists. After booking, you'll receive access to our online planning portal where you can build your custom playlist, submit special requests, and communicate directly with your DJ. We also welcome song requests from guests during your party, as long as they align with your preferences.

How much space do you need for your equipment?

Our standard DJ setup requires approximately 6' x 8' of space. A photo booth typically needs a 6' x 6' area plus some additional space for guests to gather. For lighting, we adapt to your venue's layout. We're experienced in working with various venue sizes, from intimate home gatherings to large halls, and can adjust our setup accordingly.

Can you accommodate outdoor parties?

Yes, we regularly provide entertainment for outdoor celebrations! We have weather-resistant equipment and backup power options for locations without easy access to electricity. For outdoor events, we recommend discussing specific requirements during consultation, as certain considerations like shelter for equipment, power access, and weather contingency plans are important to address.

How customizable are your photo booth templates?

Our photo booth templates are fully customizable! We can incorporate your party theme, colors, names, dates, and even personal images or logos. After booking, we'll work with you to design a template that perfectly matches your celebration. We provide a digital proof for your approval before the event to ensure it meets your expectations.

Do you provide party games and activities?

Yes! Our DJs can facilitate various interactive games and activities appropriate for your celebration type and guest demographics. These might include dance contests, trivia challenges, scavenger hunts, or traditional party games with a musical twist. During our planning process, we'll discuss options that would work well for your specific event and guests.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and cash payments. For last-minute bookings (less than 2 weeks before the event), full payment is required at the time of booking.

What happens if I need to change my party date?

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Date changes requested more than 30 days before your event can typically be made without additional fees. For changes within 30 days, a rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
