How far in advance should I book a photo booth?

We recommend booking your photo booth at least 2-3 months in advance for regular events, and 4-6 months for peak season events (May-September) or major holidays. For large events in the Peace Region like the Falher Honey Festival or Peace River Pow Wow, even earlier booking is advised.

How much space is needed for the photo booth?

Our standard photo booth setup requires approximately 8' x 8' of space. For the green screen option, we recommend at least 10' x 10'. We can adapt to different spaces, but please let us know about any space constraints when booking.

Can we customize the photo template?

Yes! We offer custom photo templates for all packages. You can include your names, event date, logo, or custom messaging. We'll work with you to create a template that matches your event theme and branding.

Do you travel to remote locations in the Peace Region?

Yes, we serve the entire Peace Region of Alberta. For locations more than 50km from Fairview, a travel fee may apply. We've provided photo booth services in remote locations throughout Northern Alberta and are familiar with the unique challenges of the region.

What happens if there are technical issues?

We bring backup equipment to every event to ensure continuous operation. Our attendants are trained to quickly resolve any technical issues that may arise. In the rare event of a significant problem, we offer partial or full refunds depending on the circumstances.
